Instructions
  1. Pour olive oil into a cast iron pan. Then, add your chicken, peppers, onions and seasoning and stir together in the pan. Warm up the grill to a medium temperate (350 degrees). Place the cast iron pan onto the grill. Stir occasionally until cooked through. Serve with organic tortillas and a side of salsa, cheese, and guacamole.
  2. Or, turn into a salad on top of a bed of chopped romaine lettuce.
