No Bake Chia Protein Bars


  1. Line an 8×8 pan with wax paper (less mess!).

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except chocolate chips). Once mixed, press into the 8×8 pan.

  3. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

  4. Once chilled, cut into pieces.

  5. Bonus: melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips in the microwave – stir often. Once melted, spread evenly on top of the bars.
