Ingredients
For the meatballs:
- 1.25 pounds learn ground beef
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2-4 medium zucchini
- olive oil
For the sauce:
- 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/3 cup liquid aminos
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic pwder
