Ingredients
Protein - rotisserie or grilled chicken
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Bell Peppers
onion
quinoa
Pickles
Avocado
Banana Peppers
Feta or Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Lemon
Fresh Dill
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into a bowl.
Squeeze half a lemon over the top of the salad. Garnish with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
