Breakfast Frittata


  • Leftover steak, brisket, or bacon
  • Onions, chopped
  • Peppers, chopped
  • Cherry tomtoes, halved
  • 12 eggs
  • Cheese of choice


  • Pull out your cast iron pan + put on the stove over medium heat.
  • Add meat and veggies to the skillet and warm.
  • While the meat + veggies are warming, add eggs and cheese to the pan and mix together.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350.
