Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts
- 2 TBSP Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 Chopped white onion
- 1/2 - 3/4 C Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Place all ingredients into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours. Once chicken is cooked through, shred it with a fork or kitchen mixer. Place chicken back into the crockpot and stir together.
- Serve on a lettuce wrap, on top of sweet potatoes, or a salad bed. Top with chopped celery, blue cheese crumbles, and/or blue cheese dressing.
