Hamburger Cauliflower Rice Bowls
These bowls are packed with power and protein! They are great to make in bulk for quick meals on-the-go during the week.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic minced - powder is ok, too
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut/liquid aminos
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Cauliflower Rice
- 1 package frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1-2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 clove garlic powder is ok, too
- salt and pepper to taste
