Hamburger Cauliflower Rice Bowls

These bowls are packed with power and protein! They are great to make in bulk for quick meals on-the-go during the week.


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced - powder is ok, too
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut/liquid aminos
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 package frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 1-2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic powder is ok, too
  • salt and pepper to taste
