What’s better than a hearty, protein-packed snack? One that includes chocolate and peanut butter doesn’t require baking!
No Bake Chia Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 TBSP almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans blended with Magic Bullet (or blender)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper (less mess!).
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except chocolate chips). Once mixed, press into the 8x8 pan.
- Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
- Once chilled, cut into pieces.
- Bonus: melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips in the microwave - stir often. Once melted, spread evenly on top of the bars.
