No Bake Chia Protein Bars

What’s better than a hearty, protein-packed snack? One that includes chocolate and peanut butter doesn’t require baking!

No Bake Chia Protein Bars

Course Snacks/Treats


  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 TBSP almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup pecans blended with Magic Bullet (or blender)
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  • Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper (less mess!).
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except chocolate chips). Once mixed, press into the 8x8 pan.
  • Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Once chilled, cut into pieces.
  • Bonus: melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips in the microwave - stir often. Once melted, spread evenly on top of the bars.
