Peanut Butter Protein Balls

  • 1-1/2 cup Oatmeal blend in Magic Bullet
  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder  I prefer Isagenix
  • 1/4 cup dark choc. Chips or mini choc. Chip  you can skip these


  • Mix all together. If mixture feels dry or not sticky enough add more honey. Once mixed well use a spoon or melon baller to scoop then roll into balls with your hands. Place in a glass container and tore in fridge. I always make a double batch, because it is a family favorite!
    Note: I used to make the mixture then place in the fried to chill before forming into balls. I think it is easier just to make them are room temperature. Feel free to try either way.


Two protein balls are a perfect serving with a small apple.
