Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Oatmeal blend in Magic Bullet
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or any nut/seed butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder I prefer Isagenix
- 1/4 cup dark choc. Chips or mini choc. Chip you can skip these
Instructions
- Mix all together. If mixture feels dry or not sticky enough add more honey. Once mixed well use a spoon or melon baller to scoop then roll into balls with your hands. Place in a glass container and tore in fridge. I always make a double batch, because it is a family favorite!Note: I used to make the mixture then place in the fried to chill before forming into balls. I think it is easier just to make them are room temperature. Feel free to try either way.
Notes
Two protein balls are a perfect serving with a small apple.
