I love these with a lettuce wrap or just plain!
This is a great meal to make a few extra. Freeze uncooked burgers for the next time you are grilling or grill a few extras for your lunches during the next week.
Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 Avaocado mashed
- 1/2 white onion choopped
- 2 TBSP crumbled feta or blue cheese
- 1/2 yellow or red pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
